Starter templates
The template below is a good HTML boilerplate page to get started. For all internal projects, link directly to latest/base.css (FIX THIS) so that new changes to the stylesheet are automatic.

Code style
- Attribute values should be wrapped in single quotes.
- Two space, soft tab indentation
- Paragraphs of text should always be placed in a
<p>tag. Never use multiple<br/>tags. - List items should always be in
<ul>,<ol>, or<dl>, Never a set of<div> - Every visible form input should use a
<label>tag.
